Had the sea food fettuccini. Tasted like It was made from cheap pasta sauce from Dollar general and the sea food tasted like a freezer burnt bag of seafood on sale at meijer.Service was good but food is terrible.Would not go back. $60 for food you can cook for less than $20 and it still tastes worst than I would make...

We arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately on a Tuesday evening. The menu looked wonderful and there were several nice specials. My niece opted for the regular size Caesar salad which was huge. I had the side Caesar. It was tasty. Anchovurs optional. Steve had a steak that he enjoyed. My niece had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, also good. I probably erred with the surf & turf. The portions were good - not too large. The sirloin was tough but flavorless. The lobster tail was ok but the 'butter ' was not. I suppose it was clarified. It had no buttery taste and was oil like. The kid meal was mac n'cheese - boxed. But the kid enjoyed it. Service was excellent. Our waitress was on top of everything. I will return to The Hatchery and probably get the burger.
