Their Golden Girl is easily one of the best pizzas in the city

Been going to the Hop for at least a year, and the first pizza we ever ordered, the Golden Girl, was so delicious that we never ordered a different type till last night. The Golden Girl is still our favorite, with hand crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil on a "grandma" crust. But the Sicilian crust with shredded mozz, jalapenos, and mushrooms was solid too! The veg was really fresh and flavorful on the pizza. The service is always cheerful, and the beer-and-a-shot on the menu is a good deal. Definitely recommend--though be sure to pick up your pizza on time or eat there; the thicker crusts can get kinda chewy if they have time to cool.

It has been a super long time since I was here last, however, absolutely FanTastic!! Wow! That crisp, satisfying crust is hard to come by in town. Super beautiful!
