I love pizza, and this is my favorite pizza in Seattle. We always have the oven on when doing takeout to put the pizza in right away because it’s best enjoyed hot and fresh. We had the New Haven this time again and it’s legit so good.I also HAVE to mention their sides. The Caesar salad and the bread that comes with it. Holy mackerel. Again it’s the best Caesar salad I’ve had in Seattle and they bread is insane next level stuff.Lastly, I mention the tiramisu. I hate to sound like a broken record but it’s the best I’ve had in Seattle. Generous portion (good because it’s pricey).I’m always blown away by Independent Pizzeria. Highly highly recommend.

I went to The Independent Pizzeria with my daughter when I first walked in it took awhile for me to be greeted but the place was packed and I looked around and right off. Hand I can tell the food there will be good. I ordered the caprese pizza and the margherita. Both were made to perfection and very tasty. I will definitely come back again the pizza was sooo delicious.
