Waited in line for almost 2 hours for their pop up bar, but it was so worth it! The inside was pure Christmas magic, and every inch was decorated. The servers were real friendly, and the drinks were exceptionally great and all themed!

The Jasper can really "pickle that" because their pickled plate was so flavorful and diverse: pineapples (that gave me Vietnamese nuoc cham essence), mushroom, beets, zucchini, egg, and a random-dehydrated-chili-thing. Also, had the shrimp cocktail and beef tartare- all delicious. The Jasper is a solid cocktail spot that is warm and intimate spot with an amazing happy hour. We had a few Old Fashioned (proceeds supported a cause), some HH cocktails, and rounds of Fernet. The back couches is a great area to relax and catch up with new friends.
