The Last Drop Bottle Shop has a vibe that is very relaxed almost to the point of apathy. Last time I was there, one of the bartender's dogs took a seat on the bar stool next to me before being distracted by the door opening. A couple customers were sitting at the end of the bar enjoying eating pungent slices of pizza that they brought over from Little Caesar's. The bartender even served me my beer in a plastic cup, because I guess they can't be bothered to wash glasses. I appreciate that it is definitely not an uptight bar, but their laissez faire attitude seems at odds with their (ostensibly) carefully chosen selection of craft beers. Instead of being passionate about the beer and sharing their knowledge and opinions with the customers, the bartenders take orders and pour drinks with an attitude that would make you think that every tap dispenses Coors Light.
