The "new" Local is back! Very good selection of house made sandwiches with a salad (or chips) on the side made with store fresh ingredients. The same physical layout as the old place with upgrade remodel and new furnishings.Bonus star!...they seem to have attracted a similar eclectic crowd as before.

Great spot, inside atmosphere is super welcoming, coffee is good, better than Starbucks down the street.
