Convenient location, especially if you're staying at one of the hotels nearby. Typical bar-and-grill but with a touch more veneer. Friendly, helpful staff. Uninspired food, poorly executed. The cocktails are served in the correct glass types, they have some plays on the classics and an "updated" menu. Though, the quality of the cocktails was a bit sub-par - for instance, the "perfect mark" was watery, unbalanced, foamy play on a classic. The usual long drinks & the beers on tap would be a safer bet. Food: "late" night bites (i.e. till 11pm) with happy-hour options ranging from easy classics (wings, sliders) to fussy burgers & fish'n'chips. - Wings: six, crispy boneless wings with the standard fixings (blue cheese, celery, carrot sticks) but tasted like out of a packet. - Pulled-pork sliders were actually decent. Crispy pork, onion texture, decent bun but slightly let down by drenching it all in BBQ sauce. Go here for a bite, hangout and "know-what-you-get" in a different ambience. But if you're in a nearby hotel, you'll get more bang for your buck at the Subway next door for a bag of crisps, sandwiches & a booze run a...

Let me paint this picture - Its April in Seattle. The rain and wind are out of control.. The best thing to do was find shelter, so we walk into the Lodge Sports Grille.. I felt like a movie star.. everyone staring, not rude at all. We sit at the bar and I guess the bartenders must of thought we were someone important too.. They were so intimated to talk to us it almost seemed like we were getting the cold shoulder. Mark was the only one with balls to talk to us and serve us. The costumes/old time look was great. One of the bartenders (a female) had gnarly sideburns!! She looked fantastic with them and it went great with her rude demeanor. Probably never go back again.
