Whats a difference 3 years can make. The neighborhood has improved for the better. Unfortunately some Ahole arsonist burned it down but rest assured they will arise like a Phoenix in their new location across the street. The entire ownership and staff are the best!

I've never had the privilege of going to The Lumber Yard Bar but many of my friends have and if they say it's great, then I KNOW that it is! I promise to try and get there soon! I'm just so happy to see a gathering place which is outside of our beloved Capitol Hill which has become too pricey for so many as have many other areas of Seattle. I wish the best for all of you who are responsible for this endeavor! Edward near Renton/Skyway
