Omg the food here is delicious and full of yummy flavor!!! I will most definitely order from here again!! The owner is very nice and has a cool personality. I ordered the catfish & greens , pinto beans to go!! And I was NOT disappointed at all , this food is definitely for the soul! This restaurant also conveniently has a drive thru.

11-4-21 update: I ordered oxtails… my usual. I’ve come often now since my last review. Oxtails are now 21.99 so $23ish with tax. That’s fine… I know food prices go up so I’m fine with it, especially because I feel like they’re generous with their portions. Well, today I only got 3 small pieces of oxtails on my plate. The rest is rice, mac n cheese and the corn patty… all starch. I don’t think $23 is worth it for 3 small pieces of oxtails. My family has had restaurants in the past and consistency is very important, ESPECIALLY when someone is paying their most expensive item on the menu. If it’s that pricey, at least weigh it for the customer. I’m considering not coming back… which makes me sad, but I don’t want to pay a pretty penny for what I got today. Corn bre...
