July 4th I went in to this store with my two daughters, we purchased snacks and drinks. When we made it to the register the lady gave me the total, I used the debit card tap feature to pay and the receipt required me to sign the slip, the cashier says “I don’t know why it’s asking you to sign the slip are you using a food stamp card?” I was insulted and I questioned why she would even ask me that. Everyone was staring at me and my daughters. We are POC and I really hope that is not why she assumed we used food stamps. Someone needs customer service training. Will never step back in that store again!

After about 5 minutes a male sever took our drink order and said someone would be with us soon. That soon turned into 20 minutes. No one brought our drinks or came to greet us or get our order. We were excited too because the menu looked great and we didn’t want fast food. In the meantime, a group of four walked up and were se...
