Food is good, but I have a lot of problems with the presentation. Would prefer more service and less footwork for the customer. Every station except for the reservations only eighth fire was like a food truck service. You have to individually order from many venues and then choose your seating. This might be fun at the Renaissance Festival, but not at a sit down venue in a suburb where we have hardly any innovative restaurants! I was really looking forward to this place, especially after mediocre Tavern replaced Vivo. Many of us were obviously confused and dismayed with this model of serving food. I paid for the experience. I still tipped 18-20% today, but wondered what I was tipping for when I had to pick up all of my own drinks and receive less than enthusiastic service from the staff who delivered our food. Many of the tables on the "Wanderer" had not been cleaned and nobody seemed to have been assigned this duty, as I witnessed many customers considering the table I was, and finally asking for a rag. I'm dissapointed and hope the owners will consider a different model of service. I did like the food, but really felt I'd rather pay more for table service and good food.

Before I even entered the building they had me...they had me at hello! There are swings on the side of the building! I parked on the north side across from Micheal's. So I got to swing while awaiting my friend to arrive. Then we walked inside and it was very dark. With lots of hustle and bustle going on. How the collective works is there are four separate eateries with different kinds of food and drink. One is a sit down supper/evening meal kind of place. We arrived at lunchtime so we got to choose from Mexican inspired dishes, Detroit style pizza, or sandwiches from the coffee shop. We decided on fancy drinks, an heirloom salad, chips & guac, a carnitas taco & birria style taco. All the food was fantastic! Every bite was amazing flavors! The cocktail was very inventive! I chose the adventurer...

Cold meatballs. Hard to get service (although friendly when you do), and an expensive pizza devoid of substantive toppings
