Allan was fast and friendly- noodle soups were AMAZING, particularly the tomato & egg soup. The broth was so flavorful and the portions were generous.

Great little spot to eat. Almost reminds you of being in a noodle shop in New York City. The staff were very nice and provided great service, the food came out quickly. The menu has a great selection of food items and also has good vegetarian options, and is fairly priced. We will go back.

Every time we visit Asheville, we stop at the Noodle Shop. The food is always so tasty. It's nice to sit on the patio, usually there are buskers and the people watching is always fun.I definitely recommend the dumplings, spring/fried rolls and Beijing shrimp noodles.
