Fantastic! Out in the woods of the town of Ashland is the Oregon Club restaurant. Opened in the 20s as a local spot, it became a speakeasy during Prohibition. Now, it's just an excellent, unobtrusive restaurant that is so good, you have to wonder how. Food as good as the best restos of Boston, the Oregon Club is worth the drive from wherever the heck you're coming from. We drove from Plymouth and we're gonna do it again in a couple weeks. Great kitchen. Something for everyone on their menu. I had the sautéed calamari which was 5 stars, followed by the Roast Cod, which also was 5 stars. Excellent wine list. Excellent service. Ours was RJ, who is top notch. Excellent covid precautions. Staff all masked. Spacious tents out front for those of us who insist on dining al fresco. Go go go to this place. It is excellent.
