Great paletas and excellent service.In a world that too often seems to have forgotten what good service is, the two ladies working the evening on Sat Jan 8 gave me new hope for the future with their wonderful service. They were super welcoming, honestly excited we were there and very helpful. Made sure we knew all the options and had the best experience. Well done ladies... well done. Thank you for finishing off our fun day on a super positive note!

I love the food and drinks but the customer service is lacking. Know what you want walking in the door or you will feel like you are an inconvenience to serve. The lady gets quite short. I will start going to the San Pedro one.

The staff was super helpful in walking us through the process. You choose a frozen bar from one of their many options, then you choose a coating (none, half-dip, and whole dip), then you can choose to coat it in a topping. I chose a hazelnut crunch bar, coated it fully in milk chocolate, then she rolled it in toffee for me. It was intense and delightful!We also tried an agua fresca, and she mixed two flavors for us to create the perfect refreshing drink.We had a great experience, several great desserts, and an awesome drink. I highly recommend the Paleta Bar Tramway if you're looking for something cold, sweet, or refreshing!
