This place has really gone downhill.. awful experience yesterday at the Phoenix club: - they let in way too many people and were unable to handle the need to serve them - instead of having multiple booths serving food, they just had one, the line was 45 minutes long - they didn't set anything out to help organize the lines, so people were just standing around not knowing which line was which - the food wasn't as good as usual either, probably because the long wait ruined it and the food wasn't hot - they did NOT play polka music! - instead, the band played old pop covers from the 60's and some from the 80's - they had their band up there, they just weren't playing polka - the energy level was also off, the band was just kind of calling it in I've been here several times through the years, it is sad to see it destroyed through mismanagement and greed.
