The Pizza Place in Acton

The pizza is really good ! The service awful ! The server has this “I don’t wanna be here attitude “ I ordered appetizers all burned ! Chicken burned as well . Took the approx 45 min for the food to come out ! Sooo just order the pizza next time guys .

I did not have a great experience working with this place. I was trying to do a bulk order and it was not very complicated. I offered to email them the order list to make it very clear how many options of everything I needed so there wasn’t any confusion. They said they don’t work with emails. I placed the order and paid for it a day or two in advance . I call the morning of to push back the time an hour, they said it was fine. You would think because I gave them a day in advance notice and pushed back the time that they would have been able to delegate and organize themselves and have my order ready on time. They did not. The person that took my order forgot to mark down 8 personal pizzas, they gave me my order and two chicken meals were missing, and the eight pizzas were late and Marissa said that I couldn’t add the tip to the receipt even though the manager told me I could the day before and she said I had to give a cash tip, which I had never heard of before. Their disorganization and unwillingness to use my digital order form caused my product...

Since the pandemic started, I've been ordering and picking up dinner most Friday nights and the Pizza Place is one of my favorites. I get the individual thin crust with olives and mushrooms and it's just the right level of crispiness and packed with toppings and flavor.   Everyone is super friendly and my order is always ready on time.
