Extremely rude woman. Spoke to her about an incorrect and uncooked order and she refuses to listen. She refused to provide her name and said I don't need to since Ive conveyed my message. Never order from here if you expect any sort of customer service. Food was terrible

Was headed to Zoe's kitchen when we spotted Peri Peri, and was informed it was like a smaller Peli Peli - which I love. We walk in and we are the only people there aside the workers so we were a bit skeptical. But the decor was nice and the place was very clean and inviting. I ordered the dark meat chicken with a side of the Peri fries and my friend ordered the chicken and rice. It was absolutely delicious and will be returning. However, it is spicy! I tried to order my chicken plain but the lady stated I'd be missing out on the flavor profiles so I got the lemon and herb sauce. It wasn't super spicy but it did have a kick. Also, the rice itself is spicy! Unfortunately, I just don't have the spice tolerance to go up a spice level more than lemon and herb! But the chicken was delicious. I keep seeing people complain about not enough sauce on their chicken. We had plenty and they brought bottles of sauces for our table just in case without us asking. Definitely recommend and am also curious as to why they don't advertise! This is a gem!

This was my first time at the Louetta location and I did not like it at all. The place had no music so the atmosphere was super quiet, you could hear a pin drop. We ordered the chicken and rice bowl, chicken was dry and did not taste good. The rice tasted like desi rice and it was undercooked. Food did not taste like the food I’ve had the Port of Peri Peri in Sugarland. If you want flavorful chicken and rice, go to peri peri on westheimer!
