It's so tasty. This place has a good feel to it.

Very disappointed. Given the reputation of the St. Regis, I expect a level of detail to their food that would match the reputation and price. As a guest on my first night, I stayed in to dine tonight in the lobby casual restaurant. I had a salad with salmon on top. The salmon was salted very heavily and the order took nearly an hour for the kitchen to prepare. The rest of this trip I will dine outside the hotel. See photo of my meal.

Absolutely gorgeous space on a level that even exceeds other Aspen high end venues like Little Nell and Hotel Jerome. The wine list is spectacular highlighted by one of my personal favorite bottles Vega-Sicilia Unico 2007 and top notch customer service
