Quick service and friendly staff!So far so good! I had the brisket plate with sides of bread, green beans, hash and rice. I got unsweetened tea, which honestly helped reset my mouth after every bite so that each bite was as good as the first.The sides were mouth watering... The brisket had a good smoke ring, good flavor, and was tender but not moist... still very good.Oh, and I slathered it in Carolina Gold sauce... Which I know is for pork, but omgsh it was good. I'll be back for pulled pork next.
