Super friendly environment and great food from restaurant above pub. Great service and a lot of games. This is luxury for Ravenna neighborhood.

Completely family friendly neighborhood vibe and the food is pretty darn tasty. Board games keep the kids occupied which always make things taste better!

So let me premise this by saying that the the Pub at Third Place is where my monthly Reading Club meets (Yes, I'm in a Reading Club. Yes, that's nerdy. Yes, I love it. Now let's continue with the review...). So over the past couple of years, this place just becomes familiar, but for those of you who are new to the place, here's my take on this fine establishment. The Pub is on the bottom floor of Third Place Books, a local bookstore chain in the Puget Sound. If you enter through 65th, you are automatically in the Pub. If you enter through 20th, you have to go through the book store, through the cafe, and then downstairs to the Pub. Tricky, I know. The ambiance is homey, comforting, with just a little soft lighting to finish it off. Personally, I come here for the ambiance and the food. The Pub serves Greek fare, but I tend to stick to the appetizers. Personal faves include the Truffle Buttered Popcorn - it's mouthwatering - and the Bucket o' Fries with whipped feta. Paired with a glass of red wine, and OMG....I can live on this for days! Downsides: Service is so-so, sometimes staff is super friendly, sometimes it seems like that worst day ever.
