It was really good! I was craving chinese food really late and I only went there because of how they served the food in a little box super cute. I end up loving it.

I'm a Houston native currently living in Kentucky. I was in town and made it a priority to check The Rice Box Truck out. I loved it. I had the General Tso Chicken and fried dumplings. Shit was off the hook, seriously. My only regret is that I had eaten pizza and hour early. I totally overdid it that night. The chicken was cooked perfectly and glazed just right. The accompanying eggroll was delicious. The broccoli was surprisingly crisp and fresh. I strongly dislike stir fry where the broccoli gets soft and limp. So two thumbs up for that one. The fried dumplings were fantastic. Great flavor and crunch. I'll definitely be checking out their brick and mortar location on my next trip.
