I'm extremely disappointed in this place charging 20% Gratuity. I feel it should be the customers discretion to tip what he/she chooses or what they can afford. With that being said I also believe the truth of the matter is that this place it was full of black people and Rouxpour believes they aren't tipping good enough. This has nothing to do with post-COVID as the owner mentions below. if that was the case the 20% service fee should have been rolled out in all of there locations. I happened to visit the location in Cinch Ranch and was surprised to see there was no 20% gratuity added and a lot less black people. I guess it's not enough that black people fill your restaurant faithfully. I hope and pray the Rouxpour corrects this and respects the very people that have been supporting them through these though times and filling these restaurants. I tip well.... over the 20% but until this corrected Rouxpour won't be getting anymore of my money.
