I read good reviews, but I am not gonna lie, I did not expect much from an Allentown restaurant in a retail area. I was wrong, food was excellent, service was great and the ambience was sophisticated and had a nice energy. I was driving but the cocktails looked great. Definitely check this place out

Thank you to the Shelby Crew ~ for working on Thanksgiving and going above and beyond !! We were pleasantly greeted by Ashley , our server Marla was so nice, very pleasant and friendly , and the entire staff all worked together and were pleasant on a busy holiday !! The food was spectacular !! Soup, salads, appetizers ~ Turkey wings , Beef skewers , Sautéed perogies, ~ Chicken Parm with pasta, Paella with seafood, all outstanding !! Ice cold Martinis and Spicy Bloody Marys were fabulous!! We love the Shelby!!
