My daughter and I were at Clemson for a tour and stopped here on the recommendation of my daughter's cheer coach who graduated from the university. This place is insanely good. I hate that I live so far away. It's a 2-hour ride from my house to here. I got the pork and brisket combo with the jalapeño cheese grits, Brunswick stew, and an extra side of banana pudding. Let me tell you, those grits were off the chart delicious. The pork was just right. Not too dry not too mushy. Just a perfect amount of smoke and soaked up the sauce to perfection. The brisket had just enough fat on it to where it made the meat moist and flavorful. I would eat here every week if I were closer.

Customer service at its best. My family and I are in town for the passing of our uncle and had a large party to seat. Unfortunately we made it to this location while the other half of our party was at another location. The manager here was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding. He helped us track down everything and made sure the other location was ready for us when we got there. Thank you to the manager and front door staff for your compassion and understanding.
