We really like The Social Tap, in that it's a place to go and hang out, the music is background- not overpowering so you can talk. The menu is being expanded with the experience of the really great chef. Typically I don't like grits he however made grits with shrimp and a gravy over all. This is the first I've eaten grits in 20yrs, and I ate it all. The fried brussel sprouts, "Barbara's expensive fries", the sandwich with the chutney are some of my favorites. There are wall darts, table top games and a big Jenga, for those inclined. Call for the live music schedule, (or maybe check on Facebook). Watch for what's next!
