The Still Bar & Grill in Agawam

I've been there many times.. once again, last night we sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us..It wasn't even that busyBut I got the excuse of how short-handed they are and such and such..So finally I got my beer and ordered some wings.. I wanted fire hot wings as it says on the menu..They were cold, mushy and soggy ,and the hot sauce in my refrigerator is hotter than they were..( Frank's Red Hot)Not impressed at all and will never get super expensive wings there ever againAlso I would advise never to sit next to The swinging doors that go into the bbar,they are so obnoxiously loud it's very uncomfortableI will say overall our server Alley is the only reason we stayed she was amazing

I was in the area on and off for work and to be honest this was my go to place. The staff was always amazing the food is topnotch. This place is the best in AgawamI just wish I had a place like this back home!

An update: This is my second visit.Our party of five visited The Still Bar & Grill Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Our wait staff member was very bubbly and excited as she spoke to us about the special of the day. The food was good. We ordered drinks from the bar, I am not sure if the bartender knows how to make Sweet Manhattans or Old Fashions. What we had served to us were "No Clue" mixed drinks. We tried to address the issue with the wait staff when she presented the drinks but she gave us a quick excuse that really didn't fix the drinks. At this point we gave up. You know what, I don't want to elaborate anything more. It was the evening you want to forget about.Our first visit to The Still and it was exceptional. A large dinning area with many four tops finished in a high polished natural blonde wood. Super clean environment in every direction. The bar is set up like a huge racetrack with comfortable seating for many patrons. I noticed the draft beer taps are all coming from above in the two locations.
