The restaurant employee- woman with orange hair- was very rude to me. I was simply picking up an UberEats order. I stood to the side and waited patiently. A group of 5 Korean guests come in and she points them to a table but continues to answer the phones, write on order slips and ignore me. Luckily another lady tried to help me out but the orange hair lady came back and said “This next door” and sucked her teeth at me. Rude for entirely no reason. I don’t appreciate the amount of bias in this restaurant. From the moment I entered the door, a Korean guy was entering and didn’t even hold the door open but looked back awkwardly because he was guilty and knew I was following behind. I’m Black African American so obviously I don’t look like the average customer.. so what!

The tofu usually comes out bubbling, not this time... The small dishes also came pretty late, despite that there weren't lot of people. Overall very tasty, staff could have been a lil more friendly

This place is fantastic! They make their own tofu in house. I like tofu a fair bit, but there are levels to tofu. You have store bought tofu which tastes good, a little grassy (doesn't bother me). Then there are joints doing house made tofu, like sushi taro and the stone tofu house. There's a richness and depth of flavor to tofu that is captured when it is not store bought. My wife and I ordered the brisket tofu soup and ham, beef, sausage, and cheese tofu soup, respectively. We both enjoyed our soups very much! Service was wonderful and attentive. The place was clean, and the banchan was excellent. Whoever complained about vinegary kimchi, just LOL @ you. It's fermented.
