When my friends and I walked in, we weren’t greeted by anyone. Another customer came up to us and told us to have a seat wherever. We proceeded to wait 15 minutes to even see our server at all. I think she was the only one working. She only came by when she got our drink order. After that, we had to go up to the bar and order because we were sitting there for an hour with no service. I don’t know if she just kept forgetting about us, or what. The food wasn’t worth the wait either. Our burgers were charred on the outside and greasy. We will not be returning.

Which, I am all for.  However, changing the name of a place, modifying the menu, sealing off a door, and reupholstering the seats, does it really make a difference?  I mean, hell, I am sure the regulars (which trust me, they are still there, the same ones) still call it Loco's.  I know I still do.  So, what is this, an upscale dive bar?  Is that even possible? Needless to say, there are two sides- the dining room side (non smoking) and the bar (smoking).  They have increased the efforts to make the dining room side smell less,...
