The service here is 5 star. All staff friendly and professional! Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the mattress in our room needed to be replaced, it was stiff and not very well cushioned.

More of a community review…Valet is parking cars on the street next to the hotel….I and many other have almost hit them. It will happen soon I’m sure unless the city takes action.

We have traveled to many places in the world, and this was hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The employees went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They were also able to accommodate my lifted truck with valet. I highly recommend The Tennessean Hotel.
