Great place to eat. It is very small and fills up quickly but the food is excellent. The menu is limited and not always reliable from what they indicate from their online menu.

Found the Trapp Door Gastropub on Trip Advisor while staying in the area. Wanted a location with a real farm to table feel and chef created presentations. The fact that they have an extensive, well-selected beer list was a huge plus. The food was to die for!! For an app I chose smoked trout and a pate. I was not disappointed. The presentation and preparation were perfect. For an entree, I decided on the aged rib eye steak. Slices of aged steak cooked to perfection with the accompanying turnips, garlic scapes, mushrooms and turnip green pesto that was absolutely heavenly. Casual, relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stop again!!
