I ordered tickets for a show pre pandemic. Got several "change of show, be patient" updates. Didnt get final confirmation of show date, but they gave me credit for something in the future.

I prefer not to give negative feedback and try to assume someone might be having a bad day. However, I purchased tickets for a show which is now sold out. There was a error with their system and I received the absolute rudest email from The Triple Door saying they are canceling my tickets. I will never attend another show there. All they needed to do was say sorry, there was an error, and unfortunately, we will need to return your money. I understand things happen. But there I no reason to be a jerk about it, Mike!
