I ordered the ribeye steak and baked potato. The steak was supposed to be medium but was cooked extremely raw. Waitress was quick to get that fixed but for a ribeye it was extremely tough. The baked potato only came with butter (no sour cream, bacon, etc). Was a bit disappointed with the food. But the service was quick and friendly. Hopefully just an off night for the kitchen (there were several large groups that came in at the same time).

Beers are great. Wife had Double white wheat. I had Desert Fog. It was a light IPA. Strongly recommend it. We tried Fried Green Chili strips. They were great. Would be happy to get them again. Granted the season is just beginning. Then we just went with a Caesar Salad and the Poncho Stew. Both were really good. Service was really good with different people helping. Ray was our main waiter and he was outstanding.

The Wellhead is a great small-town microbrewery and restaurant. All of the beers are good, but not all of them may be what you are looking for, samples are free, so you can easily figure out what you like. The food is good and has improved recently, so if you haven't tried it in a while give it a try again. The wings are great, especially if you order them extra crispy. Marissa and Kim are the awesomest bartenders ever!
