Great tasting food made with attention to detail (good knife cuts, varying textures, etc.)As far as I know, they are a food truck, so you'll need to google "Theo's Gyros" and view their schedule to find them.

This food truck was coming to my apartment complex once a week, and the first time I tried the gyro fries, I would go every week and get the same thing. They won't be coming around here any longer which is the worst part of my month, because I'll miss it dearly.Also the guy who was always working it was extremely nice and always remembered me when I came to get my order.
