The food is okay made me feel sick after I ate. The GM ( Hannah )is very very rude and belittling to certain staff (servers )mostly plays the favorites game, likes to take over others jobs and make them feel bad for not doing their work even though she took over, and yells at certain staff for getting things wrong ( in front of other workers and customers). The atmosphere is very stressful especially on busy nights and waitresses are running around crazy busy and are still getting yelled at by the GM for not paying attention to tables when they have 4-6 others to look after. The pay is $4.73 an hour isn't worth it especially if you get low tips after " owing" the restaurant money at the end of the night. The bartenders are awesome and try to get everything done as fast as they can especially on busy nights. Other managers are okay. The prices are outrageous and most of the time not even worth it depending on what you order.Only been open a few weeks still working on things, but not a great place to work especially if you don't get along with the GM.

If you want a big city experience with a quaint small town feel, Three22 is the place for you! With a wide variety of cocktails and food options your tastebuds will be craving for more. I highly recommend, “The SoDak” and top it off with, “The Main” cocktail!
