Thunder Road Steakhouse & Cantina in Albuquerque

Very unsatisfied. Did not receive our drinks until the end of the meal. Steak was raw then asked to cook it a bit more, they returned my steak burnt to a crisp. Unedible. I asked the waitress to take it off my bill and she did not. $68 for a meal I didn't eat. Will not be returning.

Chef Jared is amazing!. Chef Jared is fantastic! This is my favorite restaurant ever! Tonight my husband and I delighted in a Relleno Ribeye. As if an Angus ribeye isn't tasty enough, Jared takes a tasty Angus cut of beef and turns it into something over the top magical! My fav restaurant ever, and has been at the top of my list for 2 years. The con carne bean soup on the salad bar is the best soup I've ever had as well. My husband and I stay at Route 66 Hotel just to enjoy dinner at ThunderRoad...

Disike. We took some neighbors to the buffet but the line was extremely long so we decided on this restaurant. It took a long time for a server to take our drink order; ten minutes for 3 waters and a tea. The food took a decent amount of time arrive at our table. The waiter seemed very bored and distracted. I ordered the fish and chips but the abnormal amount of french fries tasted of OLD oil----yuck. The cole slaw amounted to about 2 ounces of cabbage with no dressing. I asked to switch the fries to some sauted veggies which were tasty but undercooked. My dining friends seemed OK with their meal but no overall appeal to return. The service was quite slow overall. We had been there 2 times before with few problems----very, very overcooked steaks. No plans to return.
