I'm so behind on my reviews. :) We visited Thuy Nguyen Cafe last year, quaint mom and pop shop tucked in a strip of other restaurants and stores. Reminds me of the late night eatery spots in Gwinnett in Georgia. They have huge dishes of banh beo. Portions for banh xeo, ga chien nuoc mam (fish sauce wings) were huge.We found out this establishment is also BYOB. Their menu is extensive. There's hot pot, noodles, vermicelli noodles, soups, rice platters, even some rare dishes, like bo tai chanh. Service was fast and attentive. Plenty of seating options.
