This is the worst Tim Hortons...Everytime I go here it’s always something so for that reason I don’t usually go to this one but I was already in Adrian running errands..so today is my Birthday so I had a free drink..I got to the window and scanned my app and she said that they don’t tell them about the app and the birthday offer or how to do it so she didn’t know how and couldn’t do it..really why don’t they train their employees...so I had to pay for my drink..that place is a hot mess and should just close down really...I guess I will have to go to the Tecumseh one
