Was yelled at through the speaker by employee then given uncooked food, absolute trash

WORST LOCATION. the last 3 times i’ve gone, while they’re open, no one answers the drive thru. once, the employees accidentally had their head sets on talking to each other, but then wouldn’t respond at the drive thru. cars are in the parking lot so they’re clearly there but refuse to do their jobs. If they ever do respond at the drive thru, it’s to say that they’re out of everything except cinnamon raisin bagels. avoid at all costs. you will never get what you’re going for.

The iced capps are always VERY dark and have a weird aftertaste. I tried it with extra cream and they either didn't put it in or it didn't help. No other tim hortons iced capps look like this.**UPDATE (1/7/2022): I came back after a year to give them a go but the photo is what my icedcapp looked like. Nothing has changed for a YEAR.
