Tim Hortons On East 38th Erie Pa .Is inconsistent with breakfast and coffee!! Ordered blue berry bagels , they were hard as rocks! Not the first time either. Figured I’d give them another shot , won’t go here EVER again!!!

So I go here every morning mind you!! For years!!! I’ve never had any problems until today!! I will be trying to contact owner Jen about this as well!!! I was at cashier ordering my order and the girl taking to order was new I guess and asked the “manager” with red hair tall skinny (forgot her name) to help her ring in a steak and cheese wrap. She is showing her and said egg I spoke up and said no I don’t want egg and she shhhhd me!!! And told me “im teaching her” yes!!!!! Shhhhhd me a customer!!!! Most disrespectful thing you can do in customer service and your a manager! So I let it go waiting for my food and sure enough here comes the wrap WRONG which I was trying to tell her before I got shhhhhhhd!!!!!!!
