The Tim's in Alma was great. They were busy but handled my special large order quickly and efficiently, even with their lobby being closed. I'll be back the next time I'm in the area!

So I used to be a strong Tim hortons drunker until one of my coworkers informed me of a experience they had at the one in Alma, mi. They decided to take one of our residents (I am a caregiver at a AFC home) inside to have her favorite coffee after an appointment and this particular resident is nonverbal and so when she wants to communicate she makes some noises. Luckily this particular day she was pretty quietly making her noises instead of spitting so my coworker didn’t think redirection was necessary as it was them and two other customers who were just minding there own business. Then some guy who she believes was part of management and said to my coworker either she needs to stop making noises or you need to leave. This obviously infuriated my coworker so she said well I don’t understand the problem she isn’t being loud and there’s like nobody here. His reply to her was well she’s disruptive and bothering people so either she needs to stop or again you need to leave. After hearing this my coworker said give us our free refill and we will leave. Let me just say they are lucky it wasn’t me bc I wouldn’t have left so easily. Come on people it’s the 21st century stop being so judgment...
