Would not know how the food or beer tasted. Was seated with 7 tables seated and at least 25 empty tables. Waited 20 minutes with no service while two employees sat a a table to talk. Asked the supervisor is the bar tender was on break after I waited at the bar unattended. Waited 10 more minutes and no service.  Total of 30 minutes waiting, no water, no pleasantries for no service.  Just seemed as if they did not care.  Unfortunate because it is an awesome view.

Ate here on a recent visit to Juneau. The view and food are excellent!! We ordered the seafood platter and it was so good!!! The service was a little slow, but I was on vacation, so in no hurry. Server was friendly and apologetic so no reason to take away a star. If I am ever in Juneau again, I will definitely come back for some more delicious seafood!

We ate lunch at the Timberline Bar & Grill where Food & Beverage manager Mark Collier seated us at a table and talked with us about the history of the restaurant. Kristina Peterson our server was awesome, as she handled our every wish. Also Executive  Chef Randall Rice also came to visit our table and gave us a sample of his personal recipe Salmon Andouille Sausage, which was delicious. The Fresh and Baked Oysters were very tasty, the Reindeer Sausage R...
