What a great little pho spot in Seattle! The owner is so nice and the food was delicious. As my dad and I were sitting in the seating area to eat our meal, the owner came outside to give me two glasses of bubble tea for free - the first ones of the summer! I was honored! It was extremely sweet, but refreshing if you're a bubble tea fan. The only reason Time 4 Pho gets four starts as opposed to five is that my dad has a to-go pamphlet with the food options and prices listed that was out of date (we were expecting to pay a couple of dollars less than what was listed, but who knows how old the pamphlet was) and there were no copies with updates prices. Other than that, I definitely will be coming back during my next visit to Seattle.
