The vegan menu is GREAT! Just double check as some meals you can add/remove egg. The vegan pork is to die for. We also had fantastic service!

first time trying time bistro, ordered the vegan chicken skewer and the vegan chicken lemongrass with vermicelli...it is one of the best vegetarian/vegan Asian dishes I've tried up in seattle! It was flavorful, the texture was just like chicken. My non-vegan partner found it delicious as well!
