My favorite hibachi in Knoxville! The steak pieces are cut bigger than most hibachi places I've been which is why I think some people have said it was chewy. I don't think so at all. The sauce, fried rice and veggies are always fresh and delicious. I also really enjoy the sushi. My favorite is the Philadelphia roll. The pot stickers are very tasty as well. I've been going to this restaurant for years and will continue to keep coming back. The owners are so sweet and put a lot of love and care into their food.

One of if not the best Japanese restaurant in the Knoxville area. I have eaten here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and the service is excellent.

Tokyo Hibachi & Sushi has the best orange chicken and fried rice on the planet.My two son's and I enjoyed the shrimp and chicken hibachi, vegetables and sweet carrots combo.Great Japanese cuisine with large portions and the prices are very reasonable.
