While leaving for an international flight from Terminal D , we stumbled upon TONY'S WINE, CELLAR & BISTRO. The salad was beyond excellent with fresh shredded cheeses and crumbled bacon. The chicken bowl was ok. The sauce was a mayonnaise base, not much flavor. The staff were nice.
