(Pre-COVID-19 review) Top Island Seafood Restaurant is located in a strip mall so parking can a bit difficult if the plaza is busy during the week, or the weekend. I was craving dim sum and we decided to come here for our dim sum fix. There was a wait list, of course, and the calling of numbers once your table was ready. Once our table was ready, we were brought to a side room, to the left of the entrance, where there were a few tables. I loved that they still had their rolling dim sum carts and also servers with trays of freshly prepared dishes walking around the restaurant because one can "see" and order what they want. Compared to the other dim sum restaurants in the area, we felt that their food wasn't as salty and overly sauced, which I prefer. We tend to over order but...
