Horrible experience, came with family for the first time at this center only to get unclear instructions, get stuck on closed floor and no assistance from the staff despite my requests.

We experienced issues with the ball ejection device. Staff and manager organized new bay, gave us more time to play and more. Topgolf team handled it polite and professional. No complains at all (any device can break down - it is how it is handled afterwards). 5 Stars because of the staff/manager.

Started out poorly. We were told 45min-1hr wait. Waited at the bar for 1.5hrs while looking at 2 empty bays then about 20 minutes before we finally got a bay another one cleared out. We only wanted an hour so looking at an empty bay while we waited a 1/2 hr over the time initially stated didn't sit well. Once we got the bay. Our server came by and was very friendly and extremely helpful. Mason Hitt was his name and he definitely turned the night around and singlehandedly turned this 1 star review into a 4 star review. Thanks again Mason.
