This pizza has good cheese. It was slammed packed the Friday night we picked up our pizza. Wings way too pricey but solid pizza. Will try thin crust next.

Firstly, I'd like to clarify that I'm not a huge pizza critic. I will happily eat any decent pizza. That being said... the pizza from Toppers was beyond ridiculous.  My boyfriend and I got takeout from here because the reviews seemed decent. I ordered the pizza through the website, and this was simple and straightforward. The problem started once we actually picked up the pizza. We came at 11:30pm, so it was dark, and I couldn't see the bottom of the box. My boyfriend drove, and the pizza box sat on top of my lap on the drive home. Well, that turned out to be a huge mistake because the GREASE FROM THE PIZZA SEEPED THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX AND GOT ALL OVER MY JEANS. I felt the warmth through my pants, but didn't think too much of it....until I got out of the car and saw a huge dark patch of grease all over my pants. I freaked out, and handed the pizza box to my boyfriend so that I could wipe my pants....and the GREASE SEEPED OUT OF THE BOX AND RAN DOWN HIS ARM. At this point, we were thoroughly disgusted. I discovered Toppers Pizza one Saturday afternoon this summer while shopping in NoVa and I smelled the pizza which a manager had purchased and had delivered for his staff on duty. Immediately I knew it was fresh pizza. Everyone has at one point or another smelled hot, freshly made pizza with fresh toppings. That is what I smelled on this day.
