Came in ordered what I always get, paid and then waited for 20 min before my boyfriend had to approach a manager. And he said "my kitchen lost the ticket do you have your receipt". No apology , didn't even offer to comp off we said we did not have the receipt and he turned around and walked away. I left and waited in the car for my boyfriend to deal with it. He gave him his money back and let us leave without our torchys tacos!!! Horrible.Service.
