Friday night, we would stay home to eat; then, our neighbor invited us to join them at Torros. I wanted to send a big kudos to the owner and the chef. The family next to us had a son who had autism. The parents had brought a sign posted next to me informing others not to be alarmed with the sounds and actions of their son... they didn't bother our party at all. The chef knew what things triggered his response, so he accommodated --- child was afraid of fire, so he didn't lite the onion volcano. Next, the boy joined him on the train smoke and whistle; he was delighted. High five to the chef... On the food, my wife was excited they served soy paper. We ordered a chicken and shrimp tempura... It was ok... Hibachi was average but did serve a good portion of the food. However, they did forget the steamed rice that was part of our dish. I mentioned it when I paid the bill, and they even flinched about the missing item. I did have the same sunrise. At first, I was saying it was pretty light; after a couple of more sips, boom, I felt a little happier. So my overall rating is food is around 3.5 but gave a place for their thoughtfulness and making the child happy!

Toro is and will always be my favorite restaurant. The workers are super kind and welcoming. The food is really really good. Always my go-to when i dont feel like trying new restaurants. 10/10!!
